The loans are taken out gainst future paychecks. The borrower merely gives a copy of their check to the lending firm, and they are lent money. This works the same way as a garnishment. In reality, the lender just cashes the check at the right date.

These lenders came into busienss to help debtors who are suffering from the credit crunch, or a Christmas hang-over. The world is changing. It is becoming easier to get ahold of money,borrow, invest, and even lend.
